These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and Australia, as applicable. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka or Australia, depending on the circumstances.

Taratek Global provides cybersecurity, system administration, and application development services. We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
